quality service 11/9/2015

I stopped in to have them check on a noise in the front end. They test drove it and brought it in and lifted the truck up and found out the wheel bearing was shot and my brake caliper was bad. The rim was hot to the touch. When they starting working on it they found that the caliper was ok but just not right instead of just putting it back in they said I wouldn't put in back on my vehicle not going to do it for a customer. They treat your vehicle like its their own. Thank you. more

Todd and his crew provide excellent service with the little extras that many places don't do anymore! I had my truck in for an oil change and they took extra time and vacuumed my floormats! It's the little things that go a long way!! I will always bring my vehicles to them for service! more

Bauer Auto did what they said they would do, in the time they said it would take, and did the work skillfully. Their shop is clean and inviting and they were very interested in us as people as well as customers. They will do all of my auto work from now on and I would highly recommend them to anyone else in need of auto work. more
