The shower they installed leaks water all over the floor and they refuse to be responsible for the problem. Now there is a funny smell too and the plumber I had to hire said it is probably leaking behind the wall. This company won't even return my calls! Pros: Cheap! Cons: You Get what you pay for! more

Didn't show up for the first appointment to install my shower...made some lame excuse. When they finally did install the shower it leaked. When I called them to have it fixed they couldn't come back for about 10 days and when they finally did show up they said there was nothing they could do but order another door which would take another 2 weeks and that I would have to pay for the new door! doug is very pleasant to deal with. he took extra time taking measurements to get it right. their price was the lowest of any estimate i got. although there was leakage in the corners of the frameless shower, he came out twice and resolved the problem. Having been a contractor for over 20 years, I was anxious to have some glass work of this kind on my own home. I have alway had framed glass and was excited to see how it would turn out without frames.\r These guys did a great job and I love the way it looks and functions. They were very helpful in the design process as well, giving me several options as to how the panels could be layed out. Their final design was installed on time and they left the site clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to use them again on future projects. Having just completed a 6 month renovation project of our home, our bath & glass installation was one of our final steps in the process. What a JOY it was to find this company! From start to finish, we received all the personal customer service that made our design decisions so smooth and effortless for us. There was a real sense of integrity as we went through the bidding process, to design, to installation, and follow-up. They made extra effort to measure, order, & install with accuracy and care for our newly installed tile & marble. We even were able to find a matching brushed bronze finish for the door hardware which perfectly matched all our shower trim hardware. It just completed the design of the room perfectly! We had two showers installed as well as some gorgeous framed & beveled mirrors. They are so BEAUTIFUL & we've received so many compliments on the design & the beauty it has brought to our master bathroom & guest bath. The master shower is treated with ""Shower Guard"" which makes it a breeze to keep clean. Our experience was so positive. The Bath and Glass Designs personnel were far more helpful to me than some of the other glass companies. They actually asked questions like, ""what do I want for my shower"" rather than just providing me a handwritten quote. They actually helped us through the design phase of our bathroom remodeling by asking us important questions and offering us several recommendations that really made a difference in the final look of our shower. We were hesitant to replace all of our windows with the energy efficient glass because of the cost. They took the time to educate us about the advantages of using Low E glass. Our utility bills are the lowest they've ever been. The windows have practically paid for themselves with the savings on electricity. When I needed to ""upgrade"" the windows for my house I searched high and low for the best value. I was so surprised to find that Bath and Glass Designs was so affordable and so close to me! Not only are they affordable, but they were willing to work with me and answer all of my questions and concerns. I had never replaced windows before, so I was clueless and they took care of everything for me and ensured I was getting the best for my buck!
