Everyone Was So Friendly & Helpful 2/7/2011

I went in and bought a Yaris. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was dreading buying a car because I cannot stand ""car sales men"" but they were wonderful, and I didn't feel overwhemled or preasured, which is what I was afraid of. I am sending 2 of my cousin's in to buy their cars! more

He went on the internet and brought in the exact car we were looking for, at, what we think, was a reasonable price. We would definitely do business with Basil Toyota again with George Wallrich as our salesman. He was courteous and responsive to our needs. more

Sales Manager was professional, courteous and efficient. He was able to find the specific automobile that we wanted at a fair price. We would definitely return to this dealership for our next automobile. We have had our other automobile serviced there and they did what they said they would do in the time frame that they said they would do it in. more

Great experience 1/25/2011

I had a great experience at Basil Toyota. Very friendly from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left with the new Scion. If you are looking for a dealership that is great to deal with and cares about what you are looking for and not just there to make a sale. This is the dealership you need to shop at. They have a great selection to choose from with a great sales dept willing to help make the car that you want. I am already talking to them about trying to find me a car that I am looking for that is not out for sale yet. I fully trust this dealership and will shop with them from now on. more

Can't Beat This Service Anywhere 1/6/2011

I've been calling around to numerous Toyota Dealerships for some service on my newly bought car and all I would get a machines. I called Mike Basil Toyota, and was pleasantly surprised when an actual person answered the call. I scheduled a maintenance appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted with an extremely service adviser. After receiving the service, the service adviser, brought me my paperwork and took the time to describe the total condition of my car. The other dealership service advisers I became in contact with never provided me with this service. I would recommend Mike Basil Toyota to anyone. more
