Great location, pretty good book store 4/8/2006

This Barnes & Noble book store is in a great location in the heart of Towson with all kinds of other interesting and fun shopping within walking distance. The store layout is a bit confusing but once you figure out where everything is, it's a breeze. They do not have a huge selection of the kinds of books I read but they will order anything they don't have. They do have a great selection of magazines with seating so you can browse in comfort. more

The best place for books and so much more! 3/24/2006

Barnes and Noble is by far the best bookstore in the area. Not only do they have a fantastic selection of books, magazines, and music, but they also have a great children's area. They have tons of new childrens books as well as the classics. They also host a storytime each week, for toddlers and preschoolers and have special holiday events, like trick or treating or an Easter egg hunt. I also love their hours. There aren't many bookstores you can run in and find something after 9pm. more
