Banks School Supply

No email communication on order. Had to keep calling to be told items were on backorder. Finally after only receiving half the order I cancelled the rest. The shipping charges were ridiculous and not reflected accurately when I placed the order. For the $14 dollar order I had I was charged the same amount in shipping. Has I not cancelled the other items I would have been charged an additional shipping rate. Considering the length of time it took to get the order, the shipping was ridiculous. If I had opted for an overnight shipping option it would make sense but this was not the case. On top of tax especially (I get tax is not their fault), I paid a ridiculous amount for these items. this company is a mess and I would never use them again. more

I see that others have been frustrated with Banks School Supply as I am. Over a month now and my order is still 'Processing', multiple attempts made inquiring on the status of my order and no response. Its a roll of paper, its not a special order, its not a unique piece.. Finding a better deal than my normal supplier has turned out to be a worse deal. Buyer beware! more

I agree with the other rating. Horrible customer service. I've been waiting way too long for an order to process. After sending two emails, I finally called. I was told the order would be here a week ago; STILL WAITING!! Take your business elsewhere! more

I placed an order online early February. According to their webiste it is still 'processing' (it is now March 10). I cannot get anyone to call me back or respond to my emails....sooo incredibly frustrating!! Buyer Beware!! more
