I have been with Bank One (Chase) now for many years. I have not had any major issues but I did catch a few errors on my statement. I ran into a problem recently when trying to cash an international check. The drive-up workers did not know what to do and advised that I go into the bank to meet with a banker. Their debit card and on-line services are very convenient. They have plenty of locations as well, including your local Dominick's stores.
