\r \r \r I came to Dr. Kim because I was looking for a dentist who would listen to me and not just jump in with a bunch of ""you need this"" and ""you need that"". He spent a lot of time listening and then gave ME the options for how to proceed. I was very impressed with the office and the staff. It was clean, efficient, and everyone professional but also nice. I will definitely be making Ballston Dental Arts my dental office. It is true they are not in network with my insurance but I can use my insurance there and the front desk helped get all the paperwork in order.\r more

HORRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE DENTIST 8/29/2011

Don't ever think about coming here. When calling to schedule an appointment I was told they accepted my insurance. What they did't mention was that they are NOT participating providers with any insurance. The visit cost over $1,000! Also, I was fitted for a very expensive night guard that broke within a few months of use and they would not replace or repair it. I was willing to pay for part of the cost of a re-make but they wouldn't budge. DON""T COME HERE. If 0 starts was an option that's what I would rate them. more
