It never ceases to amaze me that 90% of what is quick for dinner is either horrible for you or expensive. Baja Fresh is grilled, perfectly seasoned and healthy. The tacos (especially the Mahi-Mahi) have the perfect balance of meat and tortilla. Things don't fall out of the shell and all over your plate, nor do you take a bite and wonder if there was anything in the tortilla besides cheese. Pros: The wide variety at the salsa bar Cons: The chips are addicting!!! more

They have call ahead ordering if you want to pick it up and even have a special line for call ahead orders. everything is fresh and so delicious! Pros: fresh yum food Cons: might have to wait if you dont call ahead more

baja is the best and only ""fast food"" ive ever eaten...im on the east coast now and man do i miss what is good! there is NO real mexican , no real good food fast and omg i want a real fajita so badly! more

Incredible Flavor! 7/29/2003

Baja Fresh is by far my favorite restaurant. I live in Vegas, but I eat it everywhere I go, and the quality of the food and customer service are always excellent. And, since everything is made after I order it, I can be very specific about my order and not worry that it's going to be incorrect, or that my food is actually ""pre-prepared"" like at many other establishments I've tried. The restaurant is always sparkling clean and the food is fresh every time. Pros: Awesome Flavor, Quality, Fresh Food, Great Customer Servic Cons: Need more of them! more
