Consistent Good Service 6/6/2009

Have been a customer for about 10 years. Have had cars towed there and repaired.....Have had routine service work performed........have purchased tires...have had work done even on an imported car for far less than dealer prices. Never had anything done there that was not done well. I've made referrals to other friends who have never had a complaint as well. Good Honest folks in my opinion. Pros: Have had my Chevrolet product as well as a Lexus serviced Cons: Since they are really reasonable, they are busy more

INCOMPETENCE. Seek help elsewhere. 3/16/2009

Bailey's installed first clutch over a year ago and had problems with it. Bailey's said it would wear off. After it didnt, I contacted Spec company about the Stage 1 clutch. Spec company said it may have been a poor install. Pros: Brian was friendly. Cons: Mechanics' experience questionable. more

Has become our local mechanic 12/22/2008

My husband had a issue with the brakes on his car needing to be replaced every year or so. It was getting expensive (3 times in 3 years) and none of the brake shops seemed to know what the problem was. His brakes would become uneven and stopping became very jerky. A woman purchasing my car recommended Bailey's to us as the place to go. We took his vehicle in and discovered that the brakes were not adjusted properly. His front brakes were doing all the work, over heating, and becoming uneven. They recalibrated all four brakes, replaced the front pads, and it was cheaper than we were spending at the other places. He's been using these brakes for over 2 1/2 years with no problems. We've also had them replace the entire wiring harness in his dash. The job went off without an issue and they even got done early. Everyone we've ever spoken to has been extremely helpful and accommodating. The prices have always been reasonable. They seem to do about everything someone would need except tires. Pros: Quick Service, Good Prices, Nice People Cons: They are busy, expect up to a week for an appointment. more

Pros: cheap ... not always a good thing Cons: Mechanic (shawn) worthless more
