I get breakfast here all the time. Sometimes the wait is a pain for a counter order place. Now that bagels are bigger im digging it. more

Northlake Bagel Boyz rocks! As for the "delivery menu" with different prices, must have misunderstood. I have one in front of me cause I order all the time & it says Monday-Friday prices. Love the food, friendly service & great prices! The staff, including the cook, always greet me & make me feel at home. My favorite, hands down, is the philly cheesesteak salad! Way to go, Bagel Boyz! Horrible Service! Don't ever go there! I went today with my husband and I and we noticed that there delivery menu offered cheaper prices than if you were to eat in. When my husband and I asked why the prices were cheaper for delivery. They said that was an old menu and they liked to recycle paper. Why would they have a menu with cheaper prices right next to the cash register and higher prices on the menu board? We told them that was confusing and they should not have that old menu in front of the cash register for customers to see. The brunette that was working their said sorry alot of customers are complaining about that. The blonde girl gave us attitude and then threw out the old menu out with cheaper prices and actually had the nerve to talk bad about my husband and I in front of faces to the cook in the back. My husand has worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and the customer is always right. They should have just honored the prices or simply apologized for the confusion but that was never done. We asked for our money back and the blonde girl in front did not apologize or even look our way. Stay away as they don't even know how to treat their customers with common courtesy. I hope they go out of business. By the looks of the way they are running the business it looks like they will be soon. more

i see you guys didnt have a section for the northlake store, so i thought id post here. 1st and foremost That is the most digusting filthiest place i have ever eaten at, wondering why the health department hasnt shut you guys down yet boggles my mind, the windows are digusting, theres food on the inside and out side tables, and the floors were nasty! secondly the cook is the filthiest person i have ever seen in my life. who in their right mind would have someone with that little personal hygeine work for them let alone cook for other people?!!?!? I am so digusted with that location, I watched this man wipe his face with his bare hands and then proceed to touch my food with the hands he touched his face with! Needless to say my chicken salad sandwhich was ruined and i wasted like 6 bucks! Thanks but ill chose abacoa or legacy over northlake any day and will proceed to let people know about your filthy unhygenic cook! more

TOTALLY AGREE WITH POST ABOVE! The place is just filthy. My bagel basket had food in it. The tanles ALL had crumbs on them even after the pierced slacker sauntered through with a "rag." (shudder) My chair had crumbs on it. The floor was a mess. I counted five people ip front and one disinterested bearded manager who did have time to check out the scenery. I might swing through for a to-go but will NEVER sit in that place again. I understand tgat everyonecworking there is simply doing time (fau kids)for a paycheck but c'mon. Dont put a girl at the register whose face looks like a jewelry display. Brooklyn Bagel Jupiter was just plain rude and now they are GONE. This place they just dont care. Guess what comes next? more

The Philly cheesesteak is hands down the best in the area. Go there and get the Philly and I promise you'll want to go back. more

Bagels are okay but this place is FILTHY and staff of slacker-types seem completely out of it. Missing the times when they first opened and were staffed by the awesome owners. more
