I will not shop here again. From the first day I walked in the store, the young sales clerk was very nice but the attitude of the manager (or owner?) was very snooty and she clearly made me feel like I was not worth their time. I ordered furniture in December (paid in full at that time) that they said would be here "on the first truck of the year", now when I call to find out when the truck will arrive they tell me they never know when they are getting a truck and could never tell me when that first truck will arrive. They clearly feel it is my fault and that I should not be asking them when the truck will come in or when I will get my furniture. The message is being received loud and clear that I am not worthy of their time as a customer and my business is not needed at their store. more

You could not pay me a million dollars to EVER step foot in that store again. I used to love it, and bought all of my first daughter's bedding, furniture, etc., there. About a year ago I was pregnant with my second child and making some purchases and renting a Medela from there. The owner of the company for some reason felt the need to start screaming at his wife telling her how stupid she was as I was standing right there. When the girl checking me out asked him to be quiet as there was a customer there, he said, Who the F*** do you think you are telling me what to do in my own store? He then told the cashier to get her s*** and leave. I have NEVER been so scared and offended in my life. To top it off, my 2 1/2 year old was with me. PLEASE don't support a business that 1- the owner would treat his wife and employees that way and 2 - had NO regard for me the customer. more
