Baby Rai

I've been shopping at Baby Rai for a year and thought people should know about this great store. When I went in for the first time I met the owner who was kind and sweet and the employees working were welcoming. I brought my 3-year-old son who was going wild, they were nice and was able to calm him down. I was amazed. I also bought this wonderful Diesel outfit and then learned about new brands for my son who then loved to wear clothes. I bought him the most adorable shoes too that were so cute. I also bought him a cute and funny bib (you know how three year old's are with their food) and whenever we go out to eat he always packs it. Pros: best employees in boutiques ever! I'm really into making my children the most fashionable people ever. I used to drive out to the West Side and Beverly Hills to find clothes for my children. Then my friend bought me the most beautiful burberry outfit. I LOVED it. I asked her where she got it and she told me Baby Rai. I never heard of the store so I decided to go check it out. Immediately I fell in love with the store. Now I don't have to drive to the west side and to tell you the truth Baby Rai has better brands at better prices then some of the store in Beverly Hills. Pros: best clothing in town Cons: NONE! more

My little girl got a very expensive shirt as a gift from Baby Rai but she wanted me to exchange it for a cute outfit she'd actually wear so I took the shirt -so picture this...in the Baby Rai box in th Baby Rai bag and with the Baby Rai sticker in the back of the tag on the shirt(just the price was rubbed off) to the store. The girl at the counter said I needed the receipt for an exchange. I showed her the Baby Rai tag in the back and she said there was no way they can track it with those numbers and that they need the actual reciept. Frustrated I tried explaining it's a gift and I drove a long way and asked if she could she call her manager as everything indicates the person bought it from the store and they still had the shirt in the store they knew how much my friend payed for it and all I wanted to do was exchange. So she called the manager or owner of the store. I could totally hear the owner on the phone getting mad at the girl because she had explained the policy and that was that. So I picked everything up and told the girl it's not her fault it's the owner's as the return/exchange policy is stupid. I wanted to write a review to let others know so please before you buy a gift from this store get ready to give the gift reciept with it or else people will be stuck with $200 shirts their kids won't wear and the store will not budge even though it's their item and with their tags etc. Nice girl working there but horrible store policies and tracking system. Pros: Has nice baby/children clothes Cons: Horrible customer service and return/exchange policy more
