Great place to get ideas! 12/29/2005

Baby News is a great place to go when you need to get ideas for your nursery, or to compare strollers or car seats. They have many different crib styles and colors, all kinds of bedding, and high-end strollers and car seats. The problem is that they are very expensive! I did buy my crib here, but only because it was the floor model, had been marked down, and they included the mattress. This store does have some hard to find items like gripe water and various potty training accessories. The prices on these things are very comparable to online and you don't have to wait for shipping. Like a previous poster said, great place to window shop! more

Expensive specialty baby store 10/30/2005

I have gone in this store many a times. Occasionally I'll find something that fits our price range, but otherwise it's just a dreaming session for us. Don't get me wrong, the stuff they sell here is wonderful, it's just a little too pricey for us common folk. They sell baby stuff, some toddler items and toys, some specialty clothing for those ages, breast pump supplies, strollers, cribs, all the bedding in the high price range. It's nice to browse here and get an idea of what's expensive. more

I LOVE Baby News as a place to go window shopping. They have some adorable things for the nursery, but they are SOOO expensive. As far as kids clothes go, they don't have much selection and what they do have is too expensive to buy much of. However, they do have a pretty good selection of preemie clothes, which can be hard to find. This is the type of store I would go to in order to buy a very cute gift for a new baby. Not a place I would go to stock up for my own kids. more

Super expensive 8/18/2005

The most expensive baby store I have ever been in. It has a lot of nice items and a ton of cute things but this store is so expensive. You can blow your entire nursery budget on one item in that store. If your looking for idea’s on your baby’s room or if you don’t have a budget this store is awesome more

Nice stuff, but very pricey! 7/20/2005

This store has everything you could WANT for a baby, but nothing that you really NEED. There are some nice things in there if you have lots of money to waste, but this is not a place to shop if you are at all practical. It is fun to browse the store just to see the cute baby things, but I always leave thinking: Who in the world pays these prices? more
