B & B did a great job fixing my truck when another local shop couldn't. I own a small construction company and rely on my truck for my living. B & B fixed my truck in the time they said they would at the price they quoted, letting me get back to work. They're the only place I take any of my vehicles. more

February 2012, I took my 2002 Subaru Forester in to B & B with a leaking oil pump. This is a warning about B&B 2/4/2012

If I told my best friend about this place, I'd say: Stay away. These people are very bad people . I wish I would have asked other people before I went there. Now everyone I talk to has a story or a friend with a sad story. Seems like a nice place until you have a problem that they don't understand. Then they are like little children, they just stand there and stare at you. They will take your money and without any guilt take more for service or diagnostic work not accomplished. I know I had to bring my car to another mechanic who showed me the parts were never replaced. B&B will rob you blind, they have no remorse. From the stories I heard they must have robbed the citizens of Kitsap County of a lot of money. Pros: null Cons: null more

Thank you for the work your shop and mechanic and supporting shops accomplished on my 1989 Isuzu Pickup. The truck hasn't ran this good in a long time, plus the increase in gas mileage on a tank full of gas. Thank you again for the savings in the long run. more

My car needed some work done and I had an estimate from someone else, but I took it in to B&B. They said they might be able to do it for less, but wouldn't know until they got it apart. They saved me $800 and the car is great! more

Honest, quality, trustworthy 2/18/2009

I've been taking my rig to B&B Auto for a couple years. I have always received the best of care from Joel, Nathan and Dave. Twice I have had to limp in the shop with an issue, and they provided a way home for me with either a rental car or given me a ride. My rig was returned working perfectly each time and in a timely fashion. I was charged a fair price for the work and given a detailed list of the work done, parts used and things that should be done in the future. B & B has earned my loyalty and trust and I recommend them to everyone I know. more

Professional and friendly 2/11/2009

We have taken our vehicles to B&B for years. Most recently they diagnosed and fixed a problem with the air conditioning in our Volvo semi truck. They really go the "extra mile" to inform the customer of the steps they are going to take to solve a problem and the possible outcome. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their motor vehicles. D. K. more

Honest and Trustworthy Merchant 2/10/2009

I dealt with B&B for many years as a single women. I always felt that they were trustworthy and I always felt confident that I was getting the best service and price in our area. I've appreciated the fact that they would list "future repairs" that they could see would eventually need to be done. This gave me a "heads-up".Their work ethics are at the highest level in my opinion, and I would not go anywhere else. more

This place is great, I took both my cars there and will again. I'm\r \r always loyal to an auto shop I can trust. One of the cars had not \r \r had servicing for some time, I asked them to look at my clutch, \r \r brakes, and belts... They did and the only problem they found was \r \r one of my belts was going bad, other shops might not been so \r \r honest. more

A Great Shop We've Trusted for Years 2/8/2009

I recently took my car into B&B when my "Check Engine" light came on. They worked with me to accommodate my busy schedule. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a part and got me back on the road within the same day. We have used this shop for the past 15 years due to their excellent customer service and capable technicians. Their prices are fair and they offer an excellent warranty on their work (though we have never had to use it). I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work for a fair price. more
