Dan I was extremely knowledgeable. Was able to assess and identify the source of the problem and fix it in a very timely and professional manner. Very impressed with him.

Dependable and Timely Service 6/1/2015

Very quick response (within a couple of hours from time of call for service) to fix a leak in the toilet. Replaced a Fill Valve that was defective resulting in a leak from the toilet bowl onto the bathroom floor. Technician was Dan I., who was efficient and explained the possible cause of the leak. Very satisfied with the service provided. more

I Always Trust Tom to Do the Job Well. 6/1/2015

Well Done and Timely 5/20/2015

Our hot water system vent malfunctioned and BMW worked with us to get the matter resolved quickly and safely. We opted for a new hot water heater and the service manager, Mike, was very patient with our many questions. He even came to our house so that he could see the problems we had described on the phone before we made a decision. We would use them again. more

prompt, efficient and friendly service 5/19/2015

I called BMW for a general non emergent problem and the very next morning at 8 am Dan I. showed up promptly as scheduled. He performed the tasks needed in a very efficient manner. Since we all know that time relates to expense his efficient and diligent work surely kept the cost of the service in line. I would surely use BMW for all of my future plumbing needs. more

Always a great experience with BMW service 5/6/2015

Dan came exactly when promised, took the time to review my setup and answer all my questions. Gave me a quote before proceeding and the then very efficiently fixed my primary pump and installed a new backup system. Cleaned up as if he was never here and took me through the new system. Very pleased as always and would highly recommend them. more
