RUDEST SERVICE EVER!!!\r \r Just ate at the one off of West Charleston in Las Vegas, and had the worst experience ever. It took 15 minutes for our order to get taken, and once brought we were asked if we'd like to have our pizza boxed up less than five minutes later. Two minutes after this, it was insisted that our pizza be boxed up (this with a new beer in front of me), and a dude that we'd never even seen before brought us a check that wasn't even ours. We should have just paid that check as it was only $16, but instead paid our $50 tab and ate at home in peace. \r \r There is WAY too much incompetence in Las Vegas to put up with the rudeness, price, and incompetence at BJs. more

Great customer service, Jillian Stridde--great waitress 9/22/2007

Myself and my family have frequented B.J.'s restraunt several times over the past year or so,, and have enjoyed it every time. There is great pizza along with a number of other specialities. The staff is congenial and very warm every time. I want to point out one very special young waitress, Jillian Stridde that makes every time we eat there a wonderful experience that is enjoyed by her bubbly personality. With all of the competition in Las Vegas for peoples choices, with great food, and great people it's a hand's down favorite when it comes to warm, easy dining every time. Pros: people, great staff, good consistency in foods Cons: no reservations, long waiting for ordering if in the ""rush time"" more

Good American Food, Poor Service 6/25/2006

BJs is close to my house so I am a frequent diner. This restaurant is okay. Nothing special, but not bad either. It's a brewhouse with a manufactured pub style atmosphere. The restaurant can get really loud and really busy, and if it's busy, forget about good service. The worst thing about this restaurant is the chronically inattentive service. BJs has good pizza that is very unique, and their burgers and sandwiches are tasty too. I like the white cheddar mashed potates. Their spinach dip appetizer is one of the best I have had in town. This is a good place for families. Pros: Good, Reliable American Fare; A BrewPub That's Also Great for Families Cons: Consistently Terrible Service more
