Though it was a sad time for me, Bernstein Funeral home a venerable non denominational long established funeral home in Athens, GA handled the final arrangements for my mother very deftly.As we were from out of town and the family plot was in another state, many steps had to be taken to insure that things were done properly according to our family's centuries old traditions.Bernstein acted as the general contractor and I only had to make out one check to them. This alleviated a great deal of aggravation during this stressful time in my life.
