*A BORDERLINE RACIST EXPERIENCE*
NO JOKE. It pains me to say it.
I URGE YOU. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! I'VE BEEN A BCBG CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, BUT BECAUSE OF TODAY'S EXPERIENCE, I'M ABOUT TO RETURN THE $600 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE THAT I PURCHASED A FEW WEEKS AGO.
Here was my experience this morning:
Time: 11:15am
Business: To return a $79 belt I bought a the Westfield location
BCBG workers: A vacuous salesgirl and a ""manager"" named Bella
I walked in this morning and approached the only sales girl in the store. There were no other customers. but she acted like I was bothering her.
*Me: Hi, I need to make a return.
*She: Oh, well you need a receipt for a return.
*Me (thinking): ""Why would she assume that I don't have a receipt? I haven't even
taken anything out of the bag yet"". I proceeded to open the bag to show the belt
and the receipt.
*She: Oh, I'll ask my manager if we can do anything. We usually don't accept
return of accessories.
*Me: Oh, I didn't realize that. Then I looked at the receipt, and sure enough, it
stated, ""accessories cannot be returned"". MY mistake for sure. ""Can you still
ask your manager?""
*She: Yes.

The vacuous sales girl then grabbed the ""manager"" named Bella without saying anything to her. In fact, I was the one who had to ask for the return (the sales girl didn't say sh*t).

*Me: She just told me that I might be able to return this.
*Bella: No, you can't.
*Me: Oh OK, can I exchange it?
*Bella: No. In fact, you should just go downtown and ask your salesperson in the
downtown store. We can't help you.

And that was it. They both walked away from me. I heard the sales girl apologize to Bella for taking her time. No apologies to me for wasting my time.
NO OFFER TO HELP CALL THE DOWNTOWN STORE.
NO OFFER TO MAYBE HELP ME FIND SOMETHING THAT WOULD MATCH THE BELT.
NO OFFER ABOUT NEEDING ANYTHING ELSE .
I mean, WTF. There was $600 worth of sales on that receipt, and they couldn't even help me with a $79 belt!!

Here's where it gets dodgy...
As soon as they walked away from me, someone walked in the store who just happened to be a blonde white chick.
They: ""HI, HOW ARE YOU? CAN WE HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING?""
She: Oh, I'm here to pick up a dress.
They: ""Oh yes, we'll help you out. Did you need anything else while you're here?...""

I think anyone would easily make the same conclusion I did.
