Dissapointing services 4/7/2006

I have been a loyal customer of Compass Bank for 6 years. Most recently I was in route to the bank to make a withdrawl on a Friday night and I ran over a six inch long screw and had a flat in the parking lot. I went inside and asked if there was anyone who could help me with my flat and they told me that it really wasn't their thing. I was very upset and hurt and ended up spending 2 hours in their parking lot waiting on road side. One of their slogans is friendly service however I just didn't see it. I will continue to bank with Compass however I will not use this branch. more
