These people are scum... I rented from them for 2 years, and I will NEVER rent in a building they manage ever again... they're terrible people, they're liars, and irresponsible... they treat their tennants like trash, and their buildings are run horribly. I won't get into details, as I may yet sue them, but suffice it to say that if you have to choose between one of their buildings and something even remotely comparable, CHOOSE THE OTHER ONE! I promise that you will regret doing business with them. more

Poor Customer Service 1/7/2008

Our building?s experience with this company has been quite negative. They never return calls, even to our lawyer. They do not work with the building?s Board or the building?s Attorney to resolve issues. They have repeatedly lost important paperwork. If there is a problem on the paperwork, they will not call to inform us. They have hidden paperwork processing fees which were not discussed prior to signing the contract. Overall, we are very disappointed with the level of customer service and responsiveness we have received more
