After waiting a week for the plumber from our Home Protection Policy to come out, and then give a crazy bid for extensive repairs, I called B & L. They were out that afternoon, in the heat of a busy August, fixed the electrical connection that had come loose and replaced the air filters (which we had on hand) in less than an hour. Fees were quite reasonable and the tech was fantastic. Would highly recommend them! more

Quick, cheap, and efficient 9/22/2010

Had a sudden A/C loss of service at a really bad time (is there ever a good time?) and called in the mid afternoon to request service. Two men made a house call within 2 hours, diagnosed accurately, fixed the problem, and charged me about $100, including parts and labor. I had no service contract with them and got priority service. I WILL call them the next time. more

Great Business 8/10/2005

B & L came and inspected my heating and air conditioning units. The man was very quick and efficient. He said my heater needed a new filter, but said it would save me money to go buy one at Lowes. I was very appreciative of this information. This company is very honest. more
