Best Customer Service 6/12/2007

I would like to thank Glenn, Becky and Tim for being there for me for over 25 years. They have installed and maintained my a/c equipment needs. They are willing to help with any questions and concerns I may have. They responded quickly when needed, work hard and finish in a timely manner. BEST & GREAT - that must be what B&G stands for!!! 6/1/2007

We have been using B&G for over 10 years. We use them for our repairs and new installs at our shopping centers and restaurants. Plus, I have used them on several occasions at my house. Their prices are good, very competitive in the market and trust me, I watch every penny whether it's mine or the companies. They have great customer service and really good response time. The most important thing is that when they tell you what the problem is with your a/c unit you can trust them. They are looking for long term customers not just a quick buck. That is very important!! I have recommended them to several of my friends and I would highly recommend them to you! Pros: Service and Quality Cons: none that I can think of. more

Cool Company 5/31/2007

I had to completely replace my home ac unit including duct work, grills, condenser unit and air handler due to fire/smoke damage. The owner was very knowledable and friendly. He gave me several options to fit my finanical requirements. His installers were neat and the job was done quickly. Now my home is cool, quiet and enery efficient. Great Job! more
