When calling the call center the hold times have never been less than 5 minutes. Everytime we have had our calls blind transfered and no one resolves the issues. The have email to contact them on the website and we never receive a response. We were delivered a washer and dryer that did not work and it took them over a week to replace it.
Pros: none the worst company I have ever had service with, awful equipement and customer service
