very bad expeirance with engine replacement there it took a long long time charged me 2 hours of labor to take of valve cover bolts which my 9 yr old could of done even in a half ...

Their body shop is great 5/7/2012

I have been going to Autoworks for about 5 years. They don't take advantage of women as if they don't know anything about their vehicle like some shops do. The techs and service writers explain the problem and the fix. My vehicle has always been taken care of in a timely manner. Their body shop is great, also. They have knowledgeable people in all departments. It is nice to know that in today's busy world, there is one-stop shopping for your auto repairs, towing and body work for your vehicle at a respectable facility which is also a AAA approved facility. Their shuttle van is great, so I am not wasting time waiting for my vehicle, but will come and get me when the vehicle is done. GREAT WORK!! and THANKS!! more

Quick service 5/4/2012

Had a small part replaced here. Quick service. Great place for students, because they provide a shuttle that takes you back to campus (both IC and Cornell) and give students a 10% discount. more

Very honest, trustworthy 4/26/2012

Very honest, trustworthy: Recommended by Cornell's business school students, Sean and Greg have done a couple of jobs on my car and I've been very happy with their work. When my car broke down out of state (fan switch died) they talked me through my options over the phone and were very helpful. I consider them a good place for repairs in the Ithaca area. And it is hard to find a good mechanic so I would stick with them! more

Good Shops Are Hard To Come By - This One Seems Reasonable. ? Haven't had anything major done with these guys - mainly inspections and some tire mounting/balancing. Autoworks seems reasonable from a price and waiting time perspective. more

The Best and most honest group of guys and gals that I have ever met. 7/11/2007

I Used to bring my car to Another local repair shop, and have tried several with mixed reviews.When I found out about them i tried. Never have i been happier not only has my family started to come, But i also manage a fleet of 17 vehicles And have never had a bad experience. I will never go anywhere els( I would also like to say that the people with the bad engine should call and talk to the owner about charges, i am sure that the diagnosis was more involved than just removing the valve cover) more

very bad expeirance with engine replacement there it took a long long time charged me 2 hours of labor to take of valve cover bolts which my 9 yr old could of done even in a half hour but like a buisness anything to make a dime! this is just my experiance with them more
