I've been an Autotech customer since shortly after moving to the area, about 3 years ago. I've had nothing but great experiences with them, and would recommend them without reservation. They don't necessarily have the lowest prices, but on average they're the best deal--they fix things right the first time, and only recommend repair work that's actually necessary. They're also far better than I am at keeping track of what does and does not need to be done to my car! I also can say, for the first time ever, that I actually do trust my mechanic. The one time when something did go wrong with their repair work, they were quick no acknowledge their mistake, and offered to fix it for free without being asked. Pros: customer service, reliability, trustworthiness, knowledgeable workers, high quality parts Cons: not open on weekends, a bit hard to find more

I just picked up my car at Autotech and I could not be happier. I had taken it to another place when it failed emissions, they kept it for over 1 week and could not fix it. They told me to take it to Autotech, that they would be able to fix it. Pros: Everything! Cons: not open on the weekend more
