Nicest Auto Salesman I've Ever Met 6/23/2011

Melvin Wooten at Auto Park Honda not only exceeded our expectations when buying our new CRV he is also by far the nicest automobile salesman we have ever met. I came in to look at cars about six months ago and Melvin gave me a ball park figure of what my older vehicle was worth. I returned in approximately six months with cash in hand when he worked with me to honor the previous figures even though it turned out by then I needed new tires. Due to the earthquake in Japan it wasn't easy to locate the model I wanted but Melvin had it for me within two days. Needless to say we love the new car and appreciate all Melvin did to help us get it. Melvin is truly the man. more

Since 1999 I have been dealing with Auto Park Honda in Cary NC. Every deal I have made was a good deal both for Auto Park and me. I always deal with salesperson Charlie Bruce. He has always gone to great lengths to get me the best deal. I would recommend him if you are looking for a great deal. He was patient with the kids who came along for the test drive and answered every question I had. Somethings in life cause headaches and some times buying a car can be an exhausting experience. But buying a car from Charlie Bruce was actually a very pleasant experience. I was recommended to see Charlie Bruce by a friend who just purchased a Honda Accord. I made an appointment to see Charlie and took my list of questions. Charlie was informative, friendly and above all very easy to talk to. I felt no pressure, just a casual conversation about my car needs. There were so fast talking, no fake smiles but a good honest person who took the time to listen. His follow-up and phone calls were on time. It truly was a 'hassle free' experience. I would recommend Charlie to anyone who wants to buy a car! And I just love my Honda Accord. Thank you Charlie Bruce! more

No pressure, just lots of good service 6/9/2011

When it was finally time to replace my 11 year old Accord (my son still drives my 97 Civic) I had a hard time deciding which Honda would be the best choice. Damion Burtis, at Auto Park Honda was a patient man! he literally spent hours going over the pros and cons of each car and answering my questions. He was knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. It took me 3 test drives to finally decide on the Honda Fit. Auto Park Honda offers a pleasant and easy shopping experience with no pressure and lots of service. Thanks Damion! more

I had a very good experience buying a car fofrm Luis at Auto Park Honda. He was helpful and not pushy. He helped me stay within the budget I had set and I am pleased to have a new CRV.It is also great that the sales room and service department are open on Sunday! more
