Best Mechanics in the MetroPlex!! 5/8/2012

I've used this shop for over 20 years. All the mechanics are ASE certified. They are comfortable with new cars as well as classics. There's always at least one cool car there whenever I go. The last time I was there, they had THREE Morgan sports cars and a really cool old vintage Volvo. The people are friendly and listen to my issues. They always call with an estimate before they do ANY work...so there are no surprises AND they save the old parts so there is no question the work was done. Five stars in my opinion. more

It's a great company! 6/17/2011

Automotive Innovations asked me to bring my car in the morning. They were very good, trying to get everything done as quick as they could, and they had a whole lot of work to do on my Lexus SLS 470. They got everything done that day too, except at the very end of the day one of the parts was not correct. They had to go down to get the part the next morning, and I was able to pick up the car around 9:00 or 10:00 in the morning. more

It's been excellent. 6/16/2011

I've been doing business with Automotive Innovations Inc. since 1980. I own a car lot and I send all my cars to them so they can check them out to make sure the customer is satisfied. They fixed things that were broken and nothing more. There have been no customer complaints. Everything is good and the quality of their work is perfect. They are good folks who are very honest. All my neighbors go to Automotive Innovations Inc. too! Wes Fish more
