great BMW 3/15/2012

I recently purchased a BMW 318 from them and have not had a single problem with it. They were easy to haggle with and gave me a decent discount from the sticker. Overall I am very satisfied and happy to be the proud owner of a BMW! more

This place is a rip-off 3/2/2012

My co-worker got ripped off from the Fort Worth and Arlington location. They took her money and she has no car. They sold it to someone else when they were going to have it inspected. Call the cops? They say it has to go to court. And that's what this place counts on, their clientele cannot afford lawyers. Go somewhere else, please. Save your money and your credit rating. Please, just check the Fort Worth Better Business Bureau... This place is the worst offender. Grade F. The highest amount of complaints. No place in the DFW area is worse than this company. The lowest of the low. Be safe and stay away. more

Great deal! 2/22/2012

I spotted a Lancer in the inventory that didnt seem to be moving so I thought I would see if I could get a deal on it. sure enough they were willing to work with me on the price. I got a pretty good deal and the car had served me well for the last few months. more

The location is great and so are all of the staff. I felt comfortable there and never pushed into anything. I found a car I like and started asking question. They were very helpful and informational. In the end I did buy a sentra here and have been very happy with it. more

Everything about the car is great, but I especially love the new floor mats that were changed out for the old stained ones. I'm telling you, this is a good place to stop in to if you are looking for a used car! Automax is by far one of the best in Arlington... I shopped around for a car for what seemed like forever and when I finally made it to Auto-max I seriously was to the point where I almost gave up. Thankfully I didn't and ended up getting a pretty good deal on the car I got from them. more

Mike did a great job helping me make a purchase at Automax about 6 months ago. I waited to write a review because I wanted to make sure that the car would not have any problems after I purchased it, and so far I have only had to have the oil changed! Thanks Mike, I am very happy with the car! more

I went here just to check things out and see what they had on the lot. There were were several cars I liked there and I showed a little interest and a salesman came over. He was nice and answered all my questions, he wasnt rushing me at all and I felt no pressure. I ended up walking away on the deal just to give it some cool down time and sleep on it. I came back the next day and they made another offer a little lower than when I left. The service from the sales department was nice. The transaction went great and I got a good deal. The car is still running great with no problems. more

I got a toyota about a year ago and I have been driving it with no problems ever since. My friend just got a maxima and it reminded me how great the service was there. Now that I know the car is great too I would recommend them. more

Good Tahoe! 7/28/2011

I purchased a Tahoe from Automax and the truck runs great. Of course it does not run like a brand new car, but I am impressed with the way the car handles and how clean it was on the inside. I could tell Automax took time and effort into cleaning it up. Greg was great to work with too! more

This is a great lot with plenty of cars to choose from. The buying experience was easy enough and I feel like I got a good deal. I was very happy with the customer service, I felt a little important. You should always feel that way when you buy a new car. more

CHEATERS - Do not do business with these folks. 6/27/2011

I cannot believe this place. I am so angry and hurt by the way I have been treated by them, and when I read the FAKE reviews on the internet posted by their people, I just get so angry that they are getting away with it. I sincerely hope that whoever thinks about doing business with Automax sees my post and thinks twice about it. These guys work the system like they've done it 1000 times before. more

The sales team on this lot is on the ball. They were able to answer all my questions about the cars on the lot. Everyone I talked to seemed very familiar with the inventory and helped me find what I was looking for. Im very happy with the service and my new car. more

Fraud 6/18/2011

These guys are charlatans and flim flam men. They would tell any story to make a sale and then drop you like you had some infectous disease afterwards. They sold me a car without a spare which violates the law and when I brought it back they gave me one where the rim did not fit, I found this out when stuck out on the road. Did they care? No more
