Autobanh was an amazing experience. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it couldn't have been easier then Ed had made it for me. I had been trying to purchase a vehicle the past four months and visited autobanh website on a regular basis due to there quantity of cars going in and out. This is the first review I have ever written. I used DealerRater to do a lot of research, but I’m not one to write a review for a place. Therefore, this is a pretty big deal for me at least - because I want to let everyone else using this website know about the absolutely wonderful experience me and my parents had at Autobahn USA! I apologize for the long review, but I feel these guys deserve it. For some context - I am a medical student and I was in need of a car for my 3rd year of school (when we need to go out to clinical sites such as hospitals and doctors’ offices). Since med school doesn’t include money in their loan package for personal transportation, I had to take up a job to save money for a car. After spending 3-4 months researching what to expect when searching for used cars (I can in no way afford a brand new one), how to spot lemons, Massachusetts laws and regulations on returning cars, what to ask dealers, how to negotiate the price down to every last penny, maintenance issues, oil changes, buying vs. leasing, depreciation and residual values, and what car to get, I finally narrowed my choice down to 3 dealerships. I have a strong research background (published in academic medicine and healthcare 4 times), so I don’t overlook anything, especially when it comes to a major purchase such as this. Summary: I did a LOT of high quality homework into everything about purchasing cars.\r \r The Beginning: Autobahn USA was the first dealership I went to on a Monday night. No prior phone call or emails were exchanged - I just walked in with my dad. They were busy, but after walking around for less than 2 minutes, Stu, the sales manager, asked if I was being helped. When I told him I was waiting, he immediately got up and kindly introduced me to a sales specialist named Ron. My dad and I sat down with Ron, who started out by offering us free coffee - very hospitable! After my dad got a cup, we started talking business. Since I had already planned on financing the car, I had a monthly budget in my head. After selecting the car, I asked if they would drop their already low price even further. Ron told me he’ll see what they could do. After a little back and forth, we negotiated the price down a few hundred dollars. I told them that I would need some time to consider it, and I left.\r \r Afterwards, I went to the next dealership on my list, which was in Boston. Again, I told them about situation, budget, and what I was looking for. Although they were very courteous, they could not find the vehicle I wanted in my price range. Furthermore, since I didn’t have a car ownership history (all the vehicles I had driven were in my dad’s name) I was getting a rather large interest rate on a loan with a shorter term than I could afford for my monthly budget, despite my excellent credit score. Autobahn USA was looking even more appealing now. After much discussion with my family, and a good night’s rest, I went back to Autobahn the next morning.\r \r \r \r I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car. Seriously - their prices are unbeatable, their sales specialists are very respectful and courteous, and the shopping experience is completely transparent. If I ever need a car in the future, I’ll definitely be returning here. If you’re in the market for a lightly used car in excellent condition, seriously consider this dealership. You will not be disappointed! more

Kyle was a very helpful salesman that was straight forward with everything that we needed to know, while still having a lot of energy around everything making the whole buying experience feel that much more natural instead of being pushed into a car like a lot of dealerships do. I would recommend Kyle to anyone that is looking for a can and doesn't want to deal with any of the ""BS"" that other dealers may play to get you to buy with them. I love the new Mini Cooper and how easy it was to buy the car and the fact that the price was the best of exactly what i wanted. more

This is the first time I've ever taken the time or had the desire to leave a review of a car dealership or it's employes, however am pleased to do so in this case. My initial contact was with Ron. Just prior to Thanksgiving I phoned the dealership and spoke with Ron. A very polite and straight talker, he took the information I provided, and returned my call in a timely manner with the information I desired. When I met him I was pleased to find him a cordial gentleman who was a straight shooter. Did he do the ""let me talk to my manger"" bit....of course he did, however you wouldn't be in a dealership if you didn't at least shake the manager's hand! That brings us to Stu. Another fairly straight shooter, who was not overbearing or pushy in the least. It always helps when all parties at the table are educated about cost and profit. Stu minimized the nickel and dime BS most buyers dread. Then there's Tom in finance. He actually DID NOT try and sell me some crazy extended warranty. Thank You Tom for excusing me from that torture, and thank you for your service to your country. Do yourself a favor....go to their website and see if there's a vehicle on their lot you think you might be interested in. If you do see something you like, pay them a visit, you'll be glad you did!!! more

Working with Rick and Patrick was wonderful. My dad and I did research all around the area and Autobahn USA seemed to have the best prices for what we were looking for. I was nervous about customer service, but walking through the door Rick and Patrick were very welcoming and patient. I came in with a list of 10 cars, and the first one I drove, I fell in love with (2010 Infiniti EX35). When I told Rick that I wanted to take a day to think about my purchase, he wasn't pushy like other dealers, he was understanding. I came back the next day to purchase, and he was fast, efficient, and gave me all the resources I needed to make a smooth, fast transition into owning my very first car. I would recommend him and Patrick and Autobahn USA to any of my friends and family. They have best-in-class vehicles followed by best-in-class customer service. more

From the moment I walked inside the dealership, the customer service was great, I came to meet with another salesman I talked to on the phone and he was busy so he asked Kyle to take care of me and from that moment on, I wanted to go home the same day with the car. Kyle did all he could to get me into that car, also the gentleman that work the numbers. I will always refer more clients and will definitely go back there in the future. more

I was interested in buying a used BMW X3 with pretty specific requirements, knowing that they sell like hot cakes. Once they knew what I wanted, as soon as they got one in that they thought would meet my expectations, Patrick called me right away. Even though plenty of people would've wanted to buy it, he still put in the effort and went out of his way to let me know and see if I was interested. Patrick was extremely friendly and honest from the moment I met him, and never made me feel stupid or hid stuff that I might not know because I'm a female and not extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He said it how it was, and as a female buying their first vehicle, that's the kind of honesty I really appreciate. He was extremely knowledgeable and really made sure I understood all of the information I was given. He kept in contact with me throughout all stages of the process and was always available to answer any questions I had, which was very convenient. Overall I had a good experience with Autobahn USA and would highly recommend Patrick Sullivan as your salesman. Honestly, I always thought used cars salesmen were sneaky and did whatever they could to sell a car, but Patrick completely blew all of my misconstrued beliefs out of the water! He was upfront and honest from the get go and extremely friendly on top of that. He definitely made my experience as a first time buyer great! more

I've purchased my fair share of vehicles over my lifetime, but I must admit that this experience has me blown away. I'm a small business owner so superior customer service is extremely important to me. \r \r Initially, I called to get information on a 2010 Infinity Journey FX 35 and spoke with Ed. He was honest and up front about the questions I had pertaining to possible finance options. I was concerned that I may not be approved for financing considering my recovery from a bad recession. Ed wasn't pushy like most other dealers are who are always making false promises (""come down, we work with all sorts of banks, we can get you approved""), when we all know that's a sleazy tactic just to get you physically into the dealership. Ed stated that he couldn't make any promises regarding financing but strongly encouraged me a fill out an application form since Autobahn deals with people with credit of all statures.\r The application was filled out later in the evening, so I didn't hear back from Ed until the following morning letting me know I had been approved! Honestly, the credit approval rate was not remotely close to being as bad as I initially had thought. It really was amazing that they were able to get me financed. It clearly shows their great rapport with the banks.\r \r A few hours later, I went down to look at the vehicle. LOVED it and LOVED my entire buying experience with Ed, the sales manager and GM, Stacie. They were not pushy in any size shape or form. It was quick & painless. We negotiated down the price, although it was not as much as I would have liked but at the end of the day, I'm extremely happy with my vehicle and would recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle. Most certainly, I will be buying my next vehicle at Autobahn without a doubt! \r \r Thank you to all the staff involved in the purchase of my vehicle.
