No one knows what is going on. Have to take my car in a 3rd time for the tint to be done correctly. Read the fine print! They will say anything to make the sale. Should have gone ...

Hyundai You Rock. We had been a dedicated Hyundai family, until recently (nothing to do with merchant, vehicle body issues). However it was a big mistake on our part. The service is the worst ever, (sorry Kia). more

Lied about repairs 11/8/2013

When I looked at the paperwork for the warranty work performed, they said that I complained of a knocking sound when I went over bumps, but this is completely false. I think they did extra work to my car just to send in false repairs through the warranty because I did not notice any electronic issues. They also refused to schedule the service on a Saturday as requested, so I was forced to take time off of work to complete the repairs. more

always efficient. Very responsive to my needs. We always wait and the waiting area is excellent. We drive 50 miles to service our car at Autonation Hyundai. Our service advisor, Our service advisor, Donna, is very responsive to our needs. Great waiting area and we drive 50 miles. more

Service with Professionalism and Integrity 10/30/2013

This was my first visit to Auto Nation in Tempe, which was prompted by the need for warranty service and poor previous experiences with the dealer who sold me a new 2011 Sonata. The mechanical issues I presented were intermittent, but I believe everything possible was done to diagnose and correct them. From the very easy and flexible appointment process to the level of service and information provided, I was completely satisfied. I was looking for a new and long-term relationship with a Hyundai dealer in the South Phoenix area and Auto Nation in Tempe was clearly an excellent choice. more

Hyundai service dept needs to be more aware of how many quarts of oil each car takes and double check their work as not to over fill with oil. We asked them to be careful this last time and they still overfilled with oil. This can compromise the seals. more

Third time I have had my oil changed at Autonation Hyundai and had dirty oil dripping on my driveway after I got home. Technicians spill oil on frame when removing oil filter. more

Worst service I have had! 10/17/2013

I am very displeased with my most recent expeirence at this dealership. I was lied to by a service advisor and told they needed to keep my car overnight and then received a phone call an hour later saying my car was ready and nothing was wrong. When I informed the manager of the situation he agreed that I was lied to and promised to make the situation better. The next day I waited until after 5 pm to hear from the manager like he promised and he never called. I finally called and was told "oh I'm sorry he was supposed to call you, your car is ready nothing is wrong with it". I was extremly frustrated with the situation and disappointed that I was not only lied to by a service advisor but also by the manager. In my opinion this was the worst service I have ever received. I know Auto Nation's service standards and I know that they did not meet up to those standards at all. When I bought my car they raved about the top rated service department and I will not ever be back. I understand being busy and not having answers but I will not stand for being lied to!! Very Disappointing!! more

Prompt and complete service 9/29/2013

During the multi-point inspection it was discovered that the battery need to be replaced and covered under the warranty. I appreciate the fact that it was checked and replaced so I didn't experience a service related issue later. more

Told two times nothing was wrong with my tire, although I had a slow leak. The third time, I was told there was a nail in the tire and I needed to buy new ones. more
