Top Service 9/16/2011

I dropped off my car in the morning for a brake inspection and had the completed job by 5:00pm. The person I dealt with was very informative, to the point and accurate regarding price. I had first checked with another competitor but felt I got the runaround and a questionable price. Also the 24 month warranty was a signifiant factor in my decision to go with Auto Works. more

Although I wasn't entirely happy with the diagnosis, the service team at Auto Works went above and beyond to fix my car's problem quickly and I feel confident that the problem is solved. They communicated clearly and did everything possible to get the part in as quickly as possible. more

first time customer 8/21/2011

I stopped in at the last minute to see if they would change a headlight bulb for me, i got in right away since nobody was there. it only took literally 2 minutes. very quick, being a first time customer, it would have been nice if they didn't charge me 13.00 to pop it in. I would think from a business standpoint, to get me to come back. more

Headlights on 2001 Sienna 8/17/2011

Fuse module and switch relay quit working on our Sienna which caused headlights to stop working. Andrew and their techs spent many hours diagnosing the problem and trying to order parts to rectify the failure. Autoworks could have charged us over 12 hours of labor but charged us less than 6. This was very much appreciated. more

Excellent as expected! 8/16/2011

This is my second time going back to Auto Works, and it certainly won't be my last! They are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I brought my car in early for an oil change. They brought me to work, and called when it was done. Their courtesy inspection identified a couple small problems, but they were honest with me and said that nothing was a safety issue and they would monitor it during my next visit. more

Fixed but slow 8/15/2011

My 11:00 appointment didn't mean it was getting looked at right at 11:00am. Then waiting for the shuttle to go four miles was supposed to be anyminute and that took an hour. Good thing mobile phones can do email. Problem was fixed however and the price was reasonable. more

Autoworks Service 8/15/2011

Had my car in for tire rotation, oil change and brake inspection before it traveled off to college with my son. Autoworks did a great job in the work requested and also did a quick once over to make sure the car was ready to go off to college. Thanks for making sure my son is driving a safe car. more

belt 8/11/2011

I dropped my explorer off for an oil change and tire rotation. I just replaced the alternator the night before and the serpentine belt was in good condition. When I picked up my explorer, autoworks told me I needed to replace my serpentine belt soon, that it was in really bad shape. I was shocked when I looked under the hood and saw that the belt was actually frayed. Hmmm? more

Rattle noise fixed quickly and inexpensively 7/31/2011

We had a loud rattle noticeable during idle that made conversing at drive-thru's difficult in our 13-year old vehicle. I took it in, they welded an exhaust break, added a clamp and I was out of there in under 30-minutes. Happy and long time Auto Works customer. more
