They were able to get me in quickly, ran a check on the car and diagnosed the problem properly. The repair was made and the costs were much less than I had expected. more

Excellent service is provided by all the guys at Auto Works ...from the guy I made the appt, they guy who graciously gave me a lift home when I needed to drop my car off and the guys who patiently went over what my car needed for maintenance. I continue to go there after 5 years because they are always honest in their recommendations and work. more

Good 1st time experience 2/18/2010

Even though my vehicle was only in for an oil change (and a free one at that), the service was great. Plus they didn't try to push unnecessary services on me, like all the quick oil change places try to do. I had to schedule the appointment a couple days out. But they're probably so busy because they give great service to everyone. more

I called for break service. All the guys there are incredibly nice and explain things well. They gave me a courtesy ride home because it was very cold out I did not want to walk as I would normally do. My car was ready as promised. I couldn't be happier unless they had some warm water and hot cocoa packets for non coffee drinkers. (-: Thanks more

Nice visit 1/28/2010

I enjoy the waiting area while the service is being done on my vehicle, especially because they have an area for kids to play while we wait. Also, I like how a the technicians let me know any repairs or maintenance they see will be needed in the future for my vehicle. more
