I have had my SUV in the shop just 2 times. The reason i had chosen your shop the first time is due to the convenience of how close it is to where i live. And when i came i felt welcomed by the staff they were very friendly. I did have one problem though and that was the first time i had it in there i was having problems with my interior lights not working and they told me that is was one part. i did not have it fixed at that time due to lack of money (needless to say my interior lights have not worked for over a year at all). So then i started to have other problems with other things took it in and it was the BCM that had went out, so i got it fixed and now my interior lights are working half the time. Have not had time to go back in and talked to them about it yet. But i am hoping they can tell me why suddenly they are working half the time when i had not replaced that part. What would have happened if i did pay to have that part fixed the first time, and it did not work would i be paying double for some thing else? this is my biggest worry with mechanics.
