My latest visit to API proves its even a great place to bring your mother....and her car! Lol

First visit to API, but so far so good. On top of some required fixes, I had asked them to look at a number of other things - giving them ample opportunity to suggest repairs. But other than the fixes, they only recommended some issues to keep an eye on over the next 5-10K miles. I'll be back. more

Oil change, tires and diagnostic 5/20/2010

As always the API team gave us great service in changing oil, fixing a slow leaking tire and reviewing our vehicle for future needs. They took the time to explain potential problems including urgency and alternatives. With this information we can devise an intelligent maintenance program that fits our budget. more

Tire Replacement 10/26/2009

Recently had tires replaced on my Acura. Did a great and thorough job at a reasonable price. They took time to answer all my questions and to explain things in layman terms. I highly recommend this business! more

Oil change & brake inquiry 10/12/2009

Customer service was the best I've ever seen at a auto shop. I thought I needed new brake pads and API informed me that the pads were fine and didn't perform any unnecessary repairs. Also, shuttling me back and forth from my home to the shop was a huge plus! I will definitely do business with them in the future! more
