Wow!! I love the way this people do business... when you get there no salesman approaches you and starts asking all sorts of questions, you just look at the cars and pic one, go to the front office, they give you the key when you come back from your test drive you just give them the key back and thats it... No shark attacks you!! its up to you if you like the car or not, they also offer super competitive prices, i dont know how they do it!! great selection of vehicles anywhere from a Masseratti Cuatroporte to a friggin Chevy Aveo at the cheapest prices... I highly recomend it, why buy a new car from a dealer and get a big hit on depreciation when you can buy a slightly used for thousands cheaper? from now on im only buying from Auto merchantsinc!!\r more

I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus RX 350 from Sid. I had great pleasure working with Amanda and Sid. I took a chance in buying a vehicle online. After doing a background check on Auto Merchants, I felt comfortable buying this vehicle sight unseen. The vehicle needed to be shipped to central Maine and Amanda was very diligent to get my car to me. The price was better than any other sight I looked at. My wife is now the proud owner of her new Lexus, and we are both happy with our purchase. I will buy again from Sid.\r more

I had a situation with a previous vehicle that I purchased 2 years earlier from Sid and the problem was no fault of his dealership. He nevertheless stood by me and treated me extremely favorably regarding trading that vehicle for another on his lot. I have been very pleased with the newer vehicle and would not hesitate a minute to purchase my next vehicle from Sid and his organizatioin.\r more

This place is awesome.... I test drove the car of my choice there was no pressure. When I made my decision it took all of 15 min to sign the required paperwork. They weren't able to detail my car at the point of sale I was told to bring it back and they would give me a loaner. I went back they gave me a 2010 loaner. They have so many nice car to choose from it was very hard to make a decision. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a very nice clean car with GREAT customer service. I have never have such great car buying experience. They also supply you with a Car Fax report. NO PRESSURE!!!!\r more

A great place to buy a car. I should know I have bought 3 in the last year. Great deals on low mileage upscale cars. Sid and Amanda are great to do business with. Buy the car takes minutes, with no upsell or options presentation. No pressure, they give you the price list and let you walk around. If you're serious about looking for a car the only problem is deciding which one you want.\r more
