I had an overall horrible experience. It all started with telling Auto Masters that I thought I had a wheel bearing going out. I told them that I had this squeak that would not go away. I took my truck in and got a phone call that it was actually my brake pads and rotors. They said they could fix it in a day. I got a phone call later that day stating that after they fixed my breaks they could hear a “humming” noise coming from my bearings!!! After already charging almost $400 dollars already, they want to charge me another almost $500 dollars for changing out my bearing. Seems to me they are running a scam to get business!! To top everything all off, I pick up my truck and it has the EXACT!! same noise it was making before I dropped it off. Thanks for nothing Automasters!! What a scam!
