Friendly and great customer service. Love that you are open late and very convenient. Was here for 30minutes and my car was fixed to new! And affordable for out of pocket expenses.

I really recommend them, I thought they were professional and also very reasonable and my car looks the same as it was before it was broken in to. They even vacuumed my car. Pros: They got my car done in no time and they gave a great price. more

An exemplary case of appalling service. Avoid at all cost 1/9/2010

It was only supposed to take an hour and a half but they strung me along for two days with a variety of excuses. I went four times to pick up the car (having called before hand and given a pickup time). They didn?t have the simple courtesy of letting me know before I got there that it would not be ready at said time. After two days of been jerked around, I drove my windshield less car down the street to MAZ who completed the job in just one hour. Pros: None Cons: Everything more

It was only supposed to take an hour and a half but they strung me along for two days with a variety of excuses. I went four times to pick up the car (having called before hand and given a pickup time). They didn?t have the simple courtesy of letting me know before I got there that it would not be ready at said time. After two days of been jerked around, I drove my windshield less car down the street to MAZ who completed the job in just one hour. Yes, they are cheap relative to other business, but I found out later that they use a poor grade of glass (hence the lower price). On three of my pick up attempts they told me that the windshield they ordered was defective. This is quite plausible given the low quality of glass they use. To round out their dysfunctional operation, the women in charge (Jennifer), yells and screams at the workers constantly. Cons: Everything more

Not convenient when they screw up ! 11/3/2009

Had my windsheild replaced and it leaked fisrt rain. So I had to take it to them to fix. Now I am paying for their poor installation with my time and gas. I hope it is done right the second time! Pros: Come to you Cons: If they screw up you have to go to them. more

Worst Glass Place Ever - Horrible customer service 7/28/2008

DO NOT GO TO GLASSPRO. Valerie was horrible. The asian male manager that works there is horrible\r \r They knowingly (per the mechanic), installed a defective piece of glass on my driver side window. The DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE AND THEY SAID THAT IT WAS MY FAULT BECAUSE I TRIED TO OPEN THE WINDOW (they didn't say do not open the window). They told me to let the glue dry and come back in two days (the door did not close).\r \r I come back in two days and Valerie says to me, without looking at my car 'your car is broken, i've tried to fix it and i will not continue to fix your car for free'. I'm sorry but when a door doesn't close, that doesn't mean it's fixed. I argue with her and she continues to yell at me. She then asks her mechanic what's wrong with my car and he goes, oh no, the glass was defective not the car (he knew this as he installed the glass the first time?). They agree to fix my car but VALERIE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR BEING A BIOTCH. DO NOT GO TO GLASS PRO. Have not seen a shop like this before. Avoid! 1/15/2008

Note, all the positive reviews are for side windows. I had a windshield replaced here that was a total piece of junk. In 2 weeks, I have tiny chips and a long krack, each from a separate incident. Anything that hits the windshield, marks it. Have picked up more windshield damage in 2 weeks, than in the last 40years of driving! Went back to them, and the Service Manager (Valerie?) totally stonewalled us. She said it was just bad luck and the glass meets US Fed Regs. How can they say something like that? Who has ever picked up this much damage is a few weeks? The glass was junk and they will not admit to it. You'd think they would at least offer to cover the installation, if we were to buy a better quality windshield (unbeknownest to us, they installed a notoriously lousy windshield by Safelite). Talked to her manager, the same story line. I guess they think I am lieing and that I went carved all the chips and the krack in myself. Pros: cheap Cons: cheap because they use cheap parts more

When my car was broken into, I was completely upset. I was even more upset when I began getting quotes on replacing the passenger door glass. Everywhere I called quoated me at least $260. However, when I called GlassPro, I felt as though my prayers had been answered. They replaced my window for $130, half of what any other place had quoted! And in addition, they were so helpful and nice. I've never received such amazing customer service before. I'm a messy person and they tidied up the front of my car quite a bit, even vacuuming out the broken glass bits. My car looked better when I picked it up than it had before it was broken into! Pros: Price, Repair time, Convenience, Customer Service more

If you make an appointment.....Don't expect it to be honored....... I had one....Nobody showed up....I called and got ""Oh, they will have the glass tomorrow"".
