Liars cheats and thieves!!!! Worst dealership I have dealt with in 25 yrs of driving!!! Bought a car left a deposit of 1250.00 for ""tax, title, and registration 3 weeks later I was pulled over for unregistered uninsured and attached plates. The dealership expected me to pay the towing and impound fees even though the car should have been registered w/ in 5 days. As a single mother I just did not have the $ I was told I had until 3 pm to come up w/ the money or they were coming for the vehicle .. .I said fine but I wanted my deposit back and was refused. THEY LIED they and now I am not only without a vehicle but out my deposit for a vehicle... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! As soon as car was in my possession the salesman NEVER returned my calls. I had to call for 2 days to talk to a person once the car had been towed. Worst dealership in MA NEVER NEVER NEVER go here... LIARS, CHEATERS, and THIEVES!!! more

After comparing it to the rate of my current loan provider, I decided to make use of AutoDrive1’s car loan refinance program.\r \r Talking with AutoDrive1’s loan adviser, I saw that I can save lots of dollars if I change my loan provider. I then applied for the loan refinance program and AutoDrive1 really made an effort to help me get through the process without any problem! Every question I had was answered and the employees really made sure that I understood every detail related to my auto loan.\r \r I recommend this place for people interested in applying for an auto loan. I even heard that they accept (and APPROVE) applications from people with bad credit history. more

Given my bad credit history, I wasn't really hopeful when I applied online for an auto loan with AutoDrive1. But all that pessimism vanished into thin air when I got a notice from the company saying that a loan advisor will meet me to discuss my plans. I really like this company because it doesn't judge its customers because of their credit history. more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Total scammers, rude, ignorant, offensive. Sure - they'll give a loan no matter how bad your credit is, but they won't tell you the rate unless you ask - and it will be a lot higher than the going rate. Then, if you complain, they'll tell you for a little more down you can get a better rate - but they won't offer that unless you complain. They offered us 1 car and 1 car only. Did the old ""It just came in and won't last long so give us a deposit to hold it"" BS. After a little searching we found their price to be THOUSANDS more than any other price for this same make and model anywhere in all of Massachusetts - and that was even looking at models that had more extras like heated seats and dvd players and the price was still way, way off. They wanted $10,500 and the nearest I could find was for $8,300 (again with a lot more options). So my husband makes a call and leaves a message. No call back - shock. We had sent an email asking for the car fax and details the day before. No reply. Another shock. So we try again and manage to get the guy on the phone. My husband asks why the price is so high - and the sales rep, Mike Salerno, doesn't offer any explanation or excuse - he simply says ""I'll send your check back to you and cancel the loan"" and hung up. Yup. That's exactly what happened. Nice huh? Wait - it gets better. So I call and ask for a manager. I get a guy who identified himself as Andrew. He talked over me right from the start, not letting me get out the entire story and trying his best to BS me like I was some kind of idiot. He actually tried to tell me that sites like Autofinder and Carfinder and even Kelly Blue Book ""don't tell you that the price they show is after you put a couple thousand down"" Um... that would be illegal and he had to think I was a real moron to believe that. They can't list a car as ""list price of $X"" and then when you get to the car lot they say ""oh - but that is actually the price only after you give us $2,000"". Can you believe this? And he started telling me that the car has leather seats and they had to pay a lot for it at auction.... blah blah blah. I'm sorry - if Kelly Blue Book says the value is X and you paid that much for it for resale then you are the one who's an idiot because you can't expect people to over pay for a car. He constantly talked over me and no matter how many times I pointed out to him that one of the main reasons for my call was the way his salesman treated us he refused to even acknowledge it. Then he said ""listen lady, I've let you talk for like 3 and a half minutes"" Um - actually - no he hadn't - he tried to talk over me the entire time and we'd barely been on the phone that long - I have a digital clock across from me. And his tone made it very clear that he thought it was some great concession on his part that he'd let a woman talk at all - I don't even have the words to describe his voice when he said ""lady"". So - I told him I'd be coming here to Yelp and anywhere else I could find to let people know about them. Don't waste your time. They will try to sucker you in with an outrageously high interest rate and gouge you on the car price and obviously have the worst customer service skills ever. more

IM NOW A CAR SALESMAN MYSELF AND AFTER GOING OVER MY PAPERWORK AND NOW UNDERSTANDING WHAT I SIGNED YOU GUYS COMPLETELY RIPPED ME OFF!!! LIKE 21% INTEREST RATE REALLY!!! THEY FORGET TO TELL YOU ALL THIS STUFF BUT YA ITS MY FAULT CUZ I SIGNED IT AND I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT HONESTLY PEOPLE DONT BUY HERE! I HAVE A CREDIT SCORE OF AROUND 497-550 WHICH IS REALLY BAD BUT IF YOUR GOING TO BUY A CAR GOTO A REAL DEALERSHIP BECAUSE AT LEAST THERE YOUR INTEREST RATE IF YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT LIKE MINE WILL BE NO MORE THEN 13%!!! NO WONDER WHY EVERYBODY GETS APPROVED! MY TOTAL INTEREST OVER 4 YEARS IS 4 GRAND AND SOME CHANGE WHICH IS HALF THE VALUE OF THE CAR I BOUGHT WHICH WAS PRICED 3 GRAND MORE THEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN! OF COURSE AFTER I SIGNED THE PAPERS I FOUND OUT MY BACK LEATHER SEAT WAS COMPLETLY RIPPED AND NOT ONLY WOULD THEY NOT FIX IT BUT THEY WOULDNT TAKE MONEY OFF WHAT I OWED. THEY PROMISED ME MY FIRST WEEK TO BE PAYED BECAUSE THEY PROMISED MY CAR ON A DAY AND IT WASNT READY YET THEN WHEN I CAME TO FINALLY PICK IT UP I WAS TOLD I WASNT GETTING A FREE WEEK AND HAD TO PAY THEM RIGHT THERE FOR IT. WHEN I TOLD THEM NO I WAS PROMISED A WEEK THEY SAID OK PAY US HALF AND CALL IT EVEN. SO I DID THEN FOUND OUT WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR IT WAS ON EMPTY SO THEY GAVE ME $20 BUCKS AND SAID THROW GAS IN IT! LIKE IM SORRY BUT IF PEOPLE THINK THIS IS OK THEN SURE GO THERE, GET RIPPED OFF AND FIND OUT THE VEHICLE YOU PURCHASED ISNT ALL YOU THOUGHT IT WAS. MY SALESMAN MIKE WAS PRETTY GOOD AND I LIKED HIM AND I UNDERSTAND ITS HIS JOB TO SELL CARS. AS I SAID IM IN THE BUISNESS MYSELF NOW BUT THIS ISNT HOW THINGS SHOULD BE. USUALLY WHEN YOU PURCHASE A CAR FROM A DEALER IT HAS TO BE COMPLETELY SAFE AND ABLE TO PASS INSPECTION UNLESS ITS NOTED THAT THERES PROBLEMS. I WAS TOLD MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WOULD TURN OFF WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS AND ID BE FINE AND 2 MONTHS LATER ITS STILL ON AND ITS MY O2 SENSOR. DONT GET ME WRONG THEY SAID THEY OWULD FIX IT CUZ THEY HAVE TOO DUE TO THE LEMON LAW BUT WHEN YOU WORK 2 JOBS, HAVE A FAMILY AND ONLY ONE CAR, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO COME ALL THE WAY BACK UP TO BRIDGEWATER, AND DROP MY CAR OFF TO BE FIXED. NOW YOU WOULD THINK THE LEASE THEY COULD DO FOR ME IS GIVE ME ANOTHER CAR TO USE FOR THE TIME BEING OR PAY FOR ME TO GET A RENTAL BUT NO THEY WONT DO THAT FOR A CUSTOMER THEY ROYALLY GAVE IT TO!!!! Best Used Car Dealership in Massachusettes!!!! 12/14/2011

Who could ask for anything better!!! You dont have to run around This is a one stop shop! this by far is the best Dealership. I have so so credit. There wasnt a bank around that would finace me for a used car. Auto Drive One did all my leg work for me. All I had to do was walk in the door and sit there for a few minutes. I was looking for a peticular car. they got me financed, they located the vehicle I wanted and they even kept me out of the registry(thank god we all know how that can be). I bought my last 2 vehicles with them and I feel like this will be a life long relationship. more

Easiest, most pleasurable (if you can imagine that) car buying experience I have ever had!! 7/1/2008

I didn't have the best credit in the world, but the guys at PPV were able to help me anyway. They were polite, friendly, and I got a great deal on my new car!! I would recommend them to anyone I know. Pros: Service, Price, Friendly Sales Staff, and a GREAT FINANCE PROGRAM!!! Cons: None that I could find.... more

worst deal ever 5/19/2007

My advice to everyone is DO NOT buy a car from these people. I made the worst mistake of my car buying life when I bought a car from them. I had this car for 7 months before it had engine failure. I confronted them about it and they could care less. they sell for to much and are sleezy under minded a- holes!! Go to a real dealership DON'T make the same mistake I did! Stay away from private party vehicles, I promise!!!! Pros: Not a thing Cons: everything more
