Honest business practice and great customer serivce 4/7/2013

On a few occasions, both before and after having my car worked on at The Auto Doctor, I have done comparison shopping with other shops. The Auto Doctor consistently comes in the same or below competitors. I trust the service at the Auto Doctor and even if a quote came in a bit higher, I would take my truck to Kenny. more

Painless 3/8/2013

This was my second visit in a year to Auto Doctor. Both times I've felt like they are being honest and upfront and just plain painless about the process. My car has run better both times and I feel confident that I am being treated with honesty and fairness. more

Auto Dr. is awesome!! 2/24/2013

Auto Dr. replaced the brakes on my sons car pus an oil change and repaired a coolant leak that was causing the car to over heat. The jobs were complete and professional. The job took only 5 hours. more

Reliable, Prompt and Professional 1/24/2013

I've used Franklin Auto Doctor for several repairs on two vehicles over the past few years with good results. The most recent required replacement of an intake head gasket and seems to have fixed the problem. I may have gotten a new set of plugs and plug wires that I didn't need. (They replaced those first and found out that wasn't the problem but charged me for them anyway. I had replaced them myself only a few months ago.) And, the interior of my car smells of cigarette smoke which is gradually leaving. Anyway, I think you'll be happy with their work. more

Squeaky AC belt continues 1/8/2013

2 of my 3 drive belts were replaced at Auto Doctor. My nephew who builds cars from the ground up says the AC belt needs to be tightened. This should have been done before the vehicle left the shop. Belt squeaks on every start - embarrassing. more

excellent work at a great price 12/30/2010

the guys at the muffler shop next door sent me over and i am glad they did bein new i dont know many shops around that are affordable and honest but these guys got me out the door with a full tune up and brake job on my truck for 300 less then the other shops in town thanks guys i will be back to see you again more
