Almost always explain what maintenance the mechanics are performing/performed on the vehicle, so the customer understands how their vehicle operates and knows what they are paying for. more

I appreciate the fine work Duane and his staff does. Usually, the work done is exactly what is expected. However, on this particular visit, I was surprised that the bill was about $500 more than was anticipated. And then one day later, the check engine light is back on. Bummer... more

Always liked your help with my car problems. Coming from a girl though, I was a bit shocked that a $6 piece would cost 93 dollars (harness) to insert. Just saying I thought it was a bit steep? Thanks, Duane and staff more
