Auto Care 2000

The autocare 2000 family really helped me out when i needed it. my car was acting crazy and i didn't know what to do. i needed to get to work and pick up my daughter from school, etc.. i went and got a bunch of quotes just to compare and as always autocare gave me the best prices. i've been going to them for a few years as well as many of my family and friends. i trust them so i recommend them to everyone. So...... I take my time very seriously- My not even 3 year old bmw wouldn't start, I called around to get some estimates- half the shops didn't have the ability to even work on my car the other half wanted me to leave the car there all day, with no guarantee that it would get done, Auto Care called me to follow up within 1 hour to give me an estimate & the car was done 2 hours before they said it would be! Thats what I am talking about! Thanks Auto Care--- Also glad you guys had coffee, It really made my morning! Pros: Really didn't waist my time Cons: They don't have star-bucks nearby more

When I walked into Auto Care 2000, I was warmly welcomed by the service writer at the front desk who was very infomative and efficient about getting me in there and out of there, quik and fast. Being a female its hard to believe mechanics say but Auto Care 2000 explained exactly what was wrong with my car and as well as showing me the problem. I was given an amazing discount for being new cusomer. I have since then taken my car to them regularly for oil changes and other great services that offer. My car is running great and they also inform me ahead of time what problems my car is having so I have never gotten stuck on the side of the road. Auto Care 2000 also drop you off at home if your car needs a few hours to repair and pick you up! Ask for John whos very generous or Emal! Pros: Very Nice Family Owned Business Cons: None more
