I had my first visit and last visit with Dr. Austin yesterday and let say that it was terrible, he wasn’t professional at all it seems he didn’t get enough sleep the night before because most of time he was yawning. I went to him with an open mind and willing to speak about my situation but he kept cutting me off and I didn’t feel he understood what the situation was, no compassion, was arrogant, the way he directs himself is like he is better than anyone. It’s sad to say that it was a waste of my time. If anyone is going through tough time please look elsewhere this person is going to make you feel worse than you were before . I read a review on Dr. Austin; it was someone asking where he got his degree from and that person mention online, well I will also believe it was online, due to his person and his professionalism. Again if anyone is going through tough times you’re better off looking for someone else. Or look up to the God in heaven and pray believe me you will feel much better. more

I thought Dr Austin was unprofessional in the way that he smirked the whole time and talked about HIS experience (that I'm going through and need help with). He was demeaning. Just because he had no issues with going through a loss doesn't mean everyone else will handle their loss the same way. I went to him to learn how to cope. I didn't feel any relief after leaving my appointment and feel no progress at all. I still don't know how to even start grieving. Other than to ""just accept it"". Ha. more

Mr Austin was totally inappropriate. He mocked my sons conditions. He was demeaning towards my son and myself. Just because my son handshake him did not mean he was not ODD. It means I have educated him well enough although he may have learning and other disabilities. The State should not use this person to evaluate claims. HE WAS TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER!!! more

Extremely Narcissistic & Demeaning. Pros: Inexpensive (Due to insurance coverage) more
