DISHONEST, CHEATS & LIARS! I drive an all wheel Audi, so paid extra to request for a flatbed. Upon unload, the driver (Dwayne Durfey) dropped my vehicle on it's front-end. After being asked to bring in the vehicle the next business day, Rodney Hall proceeded to LIE claiming they weren't responsible for the damage. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Had an accident and Austex Towing picked up my car..........The wrecker Driver was very helpful when pickup up my car. He towed my vehicle to Austex Body And Frame on 1408 three points in Pflugerville Texas where they also have a body shop. The staff was very helpful and they repaired my car within the days they promised. My car looked just like it did when it was new and i am very happy with the hassle free experience.
