This was my first visit to your practice since my dentist Joe Widdison left moved to Kansas City. In short, I was horribly disappointed. For starters, my appointment was 45 minutes late, and I was promised that I would be out of the office by a certain time. I left the facility late, making myself late for something I CAN NOT be late for. The dentist I had never introduced himself to me, even though the people at the front desk did. When I reported to the dentist that I was having 'root-like pain' he said nothing. The cement was also the worst I've had. It went down my throat and caused me to gag. I expect this to happen, but no one was there to help, and no one offered to help me rinse when they came in. Almost immediately after I left my crown practically fell off. I am having root pain. It is not done properly. It was done far too fast. Overall, it was the most impersonal experience I have ever had. I can't believe how much money I spent for such a horrible experience. After I am finished with the care for this crown, I do not plan to come back.
