I bought a pair of used Kilpsch RF7 and they offered the world until delivery. Speakers performed well but I went thru needless hassle with salesman over the phone for accessories...

Impressive little store! 10/6/2006

I was told about this company from a friend who used them. He had a great experience with Audio Video Concepts as did we. We've also learned that many of our other friends have also had positive dealings with Jaime and his guys. The store is very deceiving. They have a lot of technology in that building. I felt that we received more personal service than the larger stores could provide, and the prices were competitive. I would definitely recommend using them Pros: Personal service. Great selection Fair prices Cons: Not open late more

Speakers 7/18/2005

I bought a pair of used Kilpsch RF7 and they offered the world until delivery. Speakers performed well but I went thru needless hassle with salesman over the phone for accessories which he denied. No warranty delivered as agreed with owner (or manager?) becaming oblivious of transaction who orchestrated sale and did not want to talk to me. Poor communication and avoid if necessary!!! Cons: Service, Location, Sales more
