First of all people do not go here they will lie and lie to your face just to get your money once they get your cash your pretty much in their control. I went in to get some rims talked to one of the persian or whatever the F.**K. they are i asked him can i get these rims today he was like yeah no problem so i paid him and he said give me a 1hr so i left waited called back and he was like tommorow for sure to make a long story short these pieces of s.H*T. will tell you your product will be in tommorow every f.**K.E.N. day u call them or go to their shop and talk to them they will give u the run around. They are also shady with their contracts read it very carefully before signing anything they make u sign no returns on special orders but when their selling u the rims they never metion its a special order how the f**k can it be a special order when their telling u they can get do it today. These f.**K.E.N. sh*t. holes have nothing in their store in stock god knows where they get their merchandise (probably steal it from previous customers). They have a fat piece of sh*T. guy who is f.***.K.E.N. rude and lie's like no other guy name armando bald arabiean or persian hes the main piece of sh*t.lie's like no other. As i was in the store i chatted with a couple of angry customers and all had the same story they need more money to finish the job or their rims,radio will be in tommorow same old story. SCAM ARTISTS! CRIMINALS! THEIVES! OPPTURNISTS! That?s how I would describe this shop. It was defiantly a huge mistake to give them any of my money and what a huge waste of time. I saw the ad for air ride suspension in the penny saver and thought it looked like a good deal $795. So I went in and checked it out. I opted to upgrade the parts to a bigger tank, larger pump and steel braided lines, the total cost came to $1550. I left a deposit and dropped of my truck the next weekend they said I need to pay upfront and in full and it would be done in 2 days! I came back 2 days later and they laughed in my face telling me that they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks! We had a pretty heated argument when they WOULDNT RETURN MY MONEY! So I left my truck with them for 2 and a half weeks. After they never called me and dodged all my calls I stopped by the shop to see my truck in the same parking spot that I left it with NO WORK DONE! I freaked out and demanded an explanation! they said "" oh we told you it would be 3 to 5 weeks!"" and looked at me like I was stupid! at this point I demanded my parts and told them I want my keys. they told me that?s fine and they need to get my parts from the warehouse!( they didn?t even have them in stock!) so after 6 hours of me sitting around the shop bugging them they gave me a box of crappy and mostly wrong parts and told me to leave and I am not welcome back., They said my receipt never had a list of actual parts so they didn?t have to give me any more than they did. Then they insulted my girlfriend and kicked us out. I called around to a few other shops and explained the situation and found out that this is a common scam that they do. The parts that I did manage to get were only worth about $350 and I could get them from the dealer on the internet. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a shop and feel I was a victim of robbery. If you are considering this shop please don?t! They will Scam you!
