The owner fixed a receiver which did not last through his warranty period. Rather than make good on his repair, he came up with myriad excuses and had it in his possession over 8 months, then harassed me to buy a different receiver from him (for additional $$) or rewire it as an amp (no way!), or refund my money and return it broken. I chose the last option and he shorted me over $40. Vince is a dishonest, rude, defensive, aggressive, and bullying person. He should be put out of business for how he treats his victims, I mean customers. I have since found another repair place which is like a breath of fresh air by comparison, AND DOES BETTER WORK! That says it all. Find a different shop.
