Amazing customer service 6/23/2014

I had to get my car fixed, however, I didn't have an appointment till the following week. I needed to get to Corpus the next day for a meeting, but had no way of getting there (my vehicle was not going to make it). Elias then leant me one of his loaners for the weekend just so I could get back for my meeting. He knew I would put a lot of miles on it, but he cared more about providing the best customer service experience possible. Would definitely come back! more

Not verry careful with the vehicle 6/16/2014

After service found grease on the side of the vehicle and on the wheels, also did not remove the sticky stuff when they replaced the inspection sticker, just stuck the new sticker on top of the glue, had to clean it off myself not very happy with the service. more

Issue not resolved 6/2/2014

I usually enjoy taking my vehicle to audi San Juan. However, the issue with my vehicle has not been resolved. I took my car in because shortly after being serviced by Audi San Juan, my car began smelling like gasoline. I was very concerned because I have a young daughter who is in the car with me everyday. I pointed out the smell to the manager. After having my car for several days, I was told they could not repeat the smell. I still smell gasoline and many people who have been in my car or around my car after it's driven complain of the odor. I was reassured that everything is in working order but am concerned about the smell. I have been contemplating finding other service options for the future because I have lost a bit of confidence in the service department of Audi San Juan. more
