I had a dreadful experience with this dealer. I truly regret buying this car now given how awful the experience was. Just when there was a ray of hope along a path of sales and administrative errors and months of being ignored, the experience just faltered again and again. I found sales practices to be very misleading, I found responsiveness to be great right up until the point they have your money. I have had a thoroughly terrible experience which has ruined the purchase of an otherwise nice car. I should have either gone to one of the other Audi dealers or another brand. If you can not trust the people selling you expensive cars, it is very unsettling. If you do deal with them, get EVERYTHING in writing, don't sign anything until you are 1000% satisfied and go over every detail with a fine tooth comb, because the devil is in the details, and they will get you. more

Very disappointing customer service experience 4/30/2012

The worst customer service experience I've had with a car dealership. After striking out with two cars that were supposedly being prepared for pickup, we were offered a ""brand new"" Audi Q5 that turned out to be the demo car we drove several days earlier. It had over 200 miles on the odometer, was not cleaned properly and was scraped and scratched up inside and out. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from Danbury Audi and had a terrific experience. Over the several days we dealt with the dealership, many of our calls and emails went unanswered. Even a request for the GM to contact us went unanswered. Very disappointing but looking forward to working with Danbury Audi. more

I just bought my dream A7 from Audi Manhattan. My salesperson was Natalie and she was awesome! I had wanted my A7 for a really long time and I had questions about everything. I wanted to know all about the trim levels, the packages, the accessories. She helped me find the perfect A7 and everyone at the dealership worked really hard to get it. I love, love, love my A7, it rides like a dream. Despite all the negative reviews, everyone I worked with exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend getting your Audi from Audi Manhattan in Midtown. Oh and when I went to pick it up on Saturday, Glenn Close was in there buying an Audi. Kinda cool :) more

Top tier service!!! Highly recommend!!! 9/29/2011

I had first dealt with Audi Manhattan when they first opened in 2007. Test drove an A4 but ended up going with an Accord. My Honda lease was up in Summer of 2009, but I was unable to complete an Audi purchase due to financial issues, but it was only thru the diligence and honesty from the Sales Managers Roger Detanico and Andrew Paul that led me back to their location. I even referred 2 of my coworkers to get cars there and they still talk about how straightforward the deal went. I still long for an Audi, and soon I will place one in my garage. I definietly will return to make my purchase in the coming months. LOVE THAT A5!!!\r No hustle, just straight talk. Good guys! more

Worst Experience Ever!!! 3/24/2009

This was the worst experience I could have ever imagined. They do not have a proper waiting area so they made us wait by the garage entrance for the car to come out to test drive. After the employee instructs us to wait over to the side, my wife is standing next to the employee and finds grease from the garage track all over her Jacket and expensive purse. After going back and forth for weeks to be reimbursed for the $150 dry cleaning bill, their best solution is to offer us a credit for the gift store so we could maybe buy an Audi hat??? Here is his response from the Sales Manager - Roger Detanico: ""There have been numerous instances when walking on a sidewalk that I have stepped in a “present” from an irresponsible dog owner; I cannot prosecute the dog or the owner, and although I was angry with the situation, I also realize there are times when you need to be careful when in an unfamiliar environment"" Do yourself a favor and buy a Lexus!!! Cons: Beware!!!! Do not buy your car from them more
