As a Customer Care Professional for Most of my life, I want to comment the young man who helped me at this location. I had a very large, bulky & awkward package which I needed to return. I didn't want to spend my entire paycheck doing so, and he asked me to leave it with him to see if he could figure out a cheaper way to ship it for me. I left him with name & number. He called back the next day telling me he could ship it for almost half of what we originally thought it was going to cost. Way To Go! I gave him my cc#, and he shipped it right away. Very Pleasant Experience.
